My device needs repair service. How can I make a warranty claim?

▷ With a proof of purchase, the device is covered under 1-year limited warranty (parts & labor) since

   the original date of purchase.
▷ Please do not send in your device until you are issued an RMA (Return Material Authorization)

   number from iriver. A RMA number is needed to keep track of your device during the entire

   service process.
