- We will first need to determine the format of the ebook. Please check to see if the book you are downloading from the Google ebookstore is a Flowing Text version (EPUB format) or Scanned Pages (PDF). You can find your format of your downloaded ebook by looking at the book badging, under “Features”, from the Google ebookstore.
○Note: Most free books are only available in Scanned Image version (PDF)

● This case for example:
a. This ebook only has the Scanned Images version (PDF) and no Flowing Text version (epub).
b. The ebook is not supported on e-readers and smartphones

● If you have determined that the ebook is in EPUB (Flowing Text) format, but you are still seeing missing, incorrect, and cut-off pages, it is likely the quality issue with the book itself. Please contact the Google Books Help Center for further support.

● If you have determined that the ebook is in PDF (Scanned Pages), please try the following:
○ Turn on the Reflow/Zoom fuction

■Open the PDF ebook file from your Story HD
■Press the “Option” button
■Scroll down to “Reflow On”
■Pressing the “Aa” button or pressing the “Option” key and scrolling down to “Adjust Text Size” will allow you to zoom in and out of the PDF ebook.

●If the problem persists on your PDF formatted ebook, it maybe not supported on the Story HD. However, you may be able to read it on your computer.
○If you are unsatisfied with your purchased ebook, please contact Google Books Help Center to request a refund of your book.
