You must have following installed on your computer to use Online Subscription Service.
1. Windows XP (this is required to install Windows Media Player version 11)
2. Service Pack 2
3. Windows Media Player 10 version 10.00.00.3802 or later.
You can check which version of Windows and which Service Pack is installed from the same location.
Make sure you have Windows XP and a Service Pack installed:
Click Start -> Right click on "My Computer" and select "Properties" -> Click the "General" tab.
On the General tab, in the "System" section, it will tell you which version of Windows you have (needs to be XP Home or XP Professional) and if you have a Service Pack installed, it will let you know which one.
